This site is owned and operated by the FreeMove alliance, an association according to Dutch law. These are the terms and conditions governing your access to this website, whether you access it via the internet or via WAP on a mobile phone or PDA. Please read these terms carefully.

9. We do not charge you anything extra to use this website, so all it should cost is what you normally pay to access the World Wide Web. Our secure server software encrypts your personal information (including your credit/debit card number and your name and address), converting it into bits of code that can be securely transmitted over the World Wide Web. Because of this, the risk of fraud is extremely low.
10. FreeMove does not accept responsibility for any defects that may exist or for any costs, loss of profits, loss of data or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use or access or a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the freemovealliance.com website and/or all or part of any or all services offered on it at any time. FreeMove excludes all liability whether in contract, tort (including liability for negligence) or otherwise for the accuracy, suitability, quality or completeness of any information and the value and integrity of goods and services offered by third parties over freemovealliance.com. You acknowledge that we have no control over and we exclude all liability for any material on the World Wide Web, which can be accessed by using freemovealliance.com. 11. FreeMove reserves the right to vary the terms of this contract from time to time, such variations becoming effective immediately upon posting of the varied terms and conditions on freemovealliance.com. By continuing to use freemovealliance.com you will be deemed to accept such variation.
12. These terms and conditions will be governed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands and the courts of the Netherlands shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute.
